Free on Board Origin shipping policy. Shipping and Handling includes insurance for the purchase price of the items shipped.
Customers have 15 days to return the undamaged products from the date the products are received, as verified by the applicable tracking info.
The cost for return shipping and handling expenses is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.
For inquiries about purchases, please reference the Purchase Order Number, Purchase Date and Tracking ID in your correspondence.
